St Gobban's Church is the smallest church in Northern Ireland. This privately owned church is on the North Antrim coastline near White Park Bay. Privately owned and only 10feet by 4 feet it is remarkable condition. You won't be able to get there by bus. We hired a private taxi driver named Dex. Dex took us all around the city of Belfast and points beyond.
St. Gobban's reminds me in some way of the neighborhood churches back in the day. They were the focal point of all activities. Everybody had a part to play. I remember my Mother washing, starching and ironing the alter cloths. It was a different time but a good time. Where did those neighborhoods go?
